HIGH HEELS SHOES👠 & HEALTH 🏥
I think after wearing these high heels shoes for half a day or more as a now & then behaviour is risky. At first it will feel normal, sexy and classy as we see in the movies; but they can cause permanent health damages since the body wasn’t made to handle such extreme kind of pressure.
This is How?
I wasn’t a very great student of physics & biology but at least I learnt a few things about matter, moving object , gravitational force and bones / muscles.
When wearing heels, the body must adjust and shift it’s overall weight and center of gravity (COG) to compensate for the heel of the shoe ( the lower protruding part of your shoe sole) . The Higher the heels, the higher the risk of lower back, hip and knees issues (health-wise). With habitual wearing of heels especially high heels. Two inches or higher , the Achilles tendon & calf muscles can face changes in shape . Hence cause serious damages to your body immunity & fitness.
So Ladies💃💃 whenever you put out to wear high heels 👠👠
Better Ask yourself is looking hot & sexy with those high heels for some years worth the body pressure and health complications that might come with it in the future?
If you must wear high heel, check how frequently you do wear them. Once in while doesn’t harm much and then do much of physical full body exercises to improve your body immunity & fitness.
